P&CC accounts are an excellent way for your club, service, or department to take full advantage of the P&CC's offerings without the hassle of paying as you go. You can select who is allowed to charge things to your account, and you will receive a monthly invoice. Account FAQsWho can setup an account?
Any student service, club, or other group, Queen's department, Professor, or staff member, and local businesses are all examples of those using the P&CC's account system.
How will I be billed?
Invoices are issued monthly through the Alma Mater Society. Payment should be made out to the Alma Mater Society, and submitted to Nancy Warnica at the AMS Front Desk. Questions about billing should be directed to the AMS Accounting Assistant at janice@ams.queensu.ca.
How do I use my account?
Once your account is set up, you and anyone else you authorize may make charges against it. Anyone using the account must be on our list of approved users, and must present photo identification before making a charge. |
